The FastGene® NanoView Photometer is a small micro sample analyzer with a very easy and convenient user interface.
Nucleic acids and proteins are quantified with highest reliablility via absorption measurement at 260 nm, 280 nm and 600 nm.
One compact device |
for the quantification of the main biomolecules (e.g., dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA and proteins) due to absorption measurement at 260 nm, 280 nm and 600 nm (cuvette) |
Sample-saving |
due to a microvolume (2 µL sample volume) |
Convenient utility |
due to very easy and intuitive menu |
High reliability |
in results due to 1) the patented slope algorithm (light path optimization technique), 2) due to the integrated baseline correction with an additional LED at 360 nm and 3) 10 pre-configurated measurement modes minimizing application errors |
Clean workplace |
due to glove-compatible LCD touch-screen |
Cost-saving |
due to integrated control unit |
Flexible usage |
e.g., in training laboratories, due to a small footprint (14,5 cm x 19 cm) and light weight (1.4 kg) |
Comfortable and safe data management |
due to alternative saving at the device and download to a USB flash drive or smartphone |
Reduced application time |
due to the series-measurement function and no need for a lamp warming-up |
The FastGene® NanoView Photometer uses a special light path optimization technique (slope algorithm) to enable measurement of a wide range of absorbance.
The stated factor of each pre-configurated measurement mode is set as the default value. Therefore, no adjustment is needed.
*Maximal flexibility and specificity is achieved by the input mode (Factor=?) which enables the user to set a custom-specific factor value which is different from the default value.
